Hyperchecks ("application") is a software used to record electronic patient observations via a mobile device.

We may release observation data, including behavior and location and compliance data that is stripped of any patient identifiers, for research purposes.
- User Information: This includes your initials while signing off observations. We will not release this information. We will keep this sensitive user-related data private. We will not release user data to any third parties or any other public or private entities. We will not attempt to link the user data back to the user’s identity. Additionally, we will not tie the data to other datasets that enable it to be linked to the user’s identity.
- Usage Data: We may automatically collect data about how you use the app, including device information, IP address, usage patterns, and app interactions.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies to personalize your experience on our app and gather analytics data to improve our services.
